As summer begins to wind down and the first signs of autumn appear, this workshop offers a chance for women to slow down and breathe. It’s a space to reflect, connect, and feel held by the natural world at a moment of change and transition.
We’ll spend the morning exploring how our inner worlds are woven into the changing seasons. Through nature-based practices, reflection, and earth grounding work, we’ll follow the golden thread — that deep, guiding connection between ourselves and the earth.
This workshop is run from a beautiful rural location where we have access to both the surrounding land and a cosy yurt where we can gather and also drink tea.
What We’ll Do:
Grounding with the late summer earth: Pause and spend time with the warmth and steadiness of the season’s final days— holding the moment to honor Summer in all her glory.
Golden Thread reflection: Through guided exercises and contact with the wisdom of the land, trace and nurture the golden thread that weaves your story to that of the natural world.
Living Earth Practice: Honour your reciprocal relationship with nature through connection work and ritual that deepens your friendship with the land and supports balance within as the seasons shift.

Run in the heart of the Sussex countryside, these 2 short workshops offer an opportunity for women to reconnect with themselves after becoming a mum—a role that, while full of love and responsibility, can sometimes make it hard to fully connect to all parts of ourselves. During the course we will focus on the experiences of enjoyment, rejuvenation, relaxation and self compassion with our old friend, mother nature.
The first workshop, Soul, is an opportunity to turn inward and root down into ourselves as women in our own right. We will do this with the support of the beautiful land around us where we with engage with nature based practices that will help us to consider how we can hold ourselves with compassion and curiosity, just as nature holds us.
The second workshop, Spirit, shifts focus outward, offering women the chance to connect with the landscape in a way that fosters nurturing and reciprocity between ourselves as women and nature. This workshop emphasises the balance of giving and receiving, allowing women to deepen their connection to both the Earth and themselves.
These sessions are an opportunity to bookend the busy summer period with a pocket of time to support you to consider yourself in the busyness of family life. They have been designed to offer an introduction to the power of Ecotherapy and are designed to be fun, empowering and with ample time for tea and cake.
The price and booking is for both workshops- please see FAQ for some common queries.
A quick note: As this is the first year that I am running these courses in this short format, I am offering them at a reduced rate to support their development and evolution. I'd therefore be really grateful of feedback following the sessions to help guide them.
